Be Aware, Not Afraid

Our Mission

Empowerment XIV is driven by Krissy Marchewka's mission to create a lasting impact on the community by addressing the unique challenges faced by women and youth. Founded in 2020, our organization is inspired by Krissy's passion for empowering young people and her firsthand experiences with issues like domestic violence, bullying and sexual assault.

At the heart of our mission is the Girls' Empowerment course, meticulously designed by Krissy to be the cornerstone of our educational programs. Through classes, courses, and seminars, our team cultivates a safe and supportive environment where girls can learn, grow, and thrive. The curriculum covers essential topics such as self-esteem, positive relationships, consent, recognizing abusive behavior, and building resilience.

Empowerment XIV is committed to nurturing an inclusive and compassionate community where girls can freely express themselves, share experiences, and support one another. Our dedication to creating a safe and empowering space is reflected in our core values.

Under Krissy's visionary leadership, Empowerment XIV has made a profound impact on countless lives. Our organization stands as a testament to Krissy Marchewka's unwavering commitment to providing education, support, and empowerment to youth and women, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem,
and smarter than you think.

To ensure the success of our program, we have developed a
tailored approach that takes into account the unique circumstances of our target population:

 Comprehensive Educational Initiatives:

 •   We have designed a multifaceted educational program that encompasses workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions. These initiatives will provide participants with knowledge about domestic violence, sexual assault, and bullying, while also emphasizing the importance of healthy relationships, consent, and conflict resolution.

•   Our curriculum has been developed in collaboration with experts in the field, incorporating evidence-based strategies and best practices.

•   We will regularly evaluate and update our educational materials to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.

Tailored Support for Youth:

•   Recognizing the specific challenges faced by young women and girls, we have integrated targeted support systems into our program.

•   These support systems include mentoring programs that pair participants with experienced and accomplished individuals who can provide guidance, support, and encouragement. Mentors will act as role models, empowering participants to pursue their goals, overcome obstacles, and navigate societal barriers.

•  Additionally, we will establish safe and supportive spaces where participants can seek guidance, counseling, and emotional support. Qualified professionals specializing in trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault will be available to provide assistance and help participants on their journey towards healing and resilience.

Collaboration and Outreach:

•   We recognize that addressing these complex issues requires collaboration and partnership with other organizations, schools, community centers, and law enforcement agencies.

•   We will actively seek collaborations to extend our reach, share resources, and ensure a comprehensive network of support for women and girls in our area.

•   By fostering partnerships, we aim to leverage collective expertise and resources, enabling us to implement effective interventions and initiatives.

Long-Term Impact:

•   Our program aims to create lasting change by empowering entire generations of women and girls.

•  Through our efforts, we envision a community where women are equipped to confront and overcome the challenges they face, leading to a reduction in domestic violence, sexual assault, and bullying.

•   We will measure the success of our program by evaluating participants' progress, tracking their achievements, and assessing the long-term impact on their lives and the community as a whole.

With these strategies in place, we are confident that our program will effectively introduce our services to an underserved population and help women and girls in our area become stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to address the challenges they encounter. Together, we can empower future generations and create a safer, more inclusive society for all.
